Transfer menus: "Batch Transfer Menu", not "Batch/Bi-dir xfers"
Bidirectional file transfers haven't been supported since the v3.19
file base; the B command opens the batch transfer menu. The default and spitfire transfer menus now say so, with the translatable Transfer and
Menu words.
