Stock menus: capitalize nouns and display them from the text strings
In the command menus, the lower-case nouns message(s), file(s), mail,
user(s) and menu are now capitalized and displayed by the same @-codes
as their capitalized forms (e.g. "Find text in @MessagesNoun@"), so they
follow the user's language too. The rows keep their layout.
The help screens (msglist, msgview, batflag) are prose and are left in
lower case.
