    Add translatable command-word text strings

    Search, View, Chat, Reply, Send, Read, Delete, Edit, Change, Toggle,
    Find, Scan, Forward, PostVerb ("Post"; the Post ID is already the
    post-on-sub question) and New: single words for menu files and prompts to display by @-code (e.g. @Search@), so one set of stock menus can follow
    the user's language instead of needing a menu set per language.

    Add translatable noun text strings

    FileNoun, FilesNoun, MessageNoun, MessagesNoun, MenuNoun, MailNoun,
    UserNoun and UsersNoun ("File", "Files", ...): the nouns most used in the
    stock menus and prompts, for display by @-code (e.g. @FilesNoun@).

    The IDs carry a Noun suffix because the bare words are taken: text.js
    defines each ID as a global variable, and File, User and (in several
    scripts) Menu, Users and Messages are JavaScript classes or globals.

    Add more translatable word text strings

    Main, Text, Sysop, Transfer, Area, Logoff, Section and Node: further
    words the stock menus use often, for display by @-code. They are
    inserted ahead of the noun strings (FileNoun ... UsersNoun), which keeps
    the *Noun group together at the end and renumbers it.
