Batch transfer menu: show the translatable Quit key and word
The menu hard-coded "Q Quit", but batchxfer.js quits on the Quit key of
the user's language, so with e.g. the Spanish text the menu showed a key
that did nothing. The .msg and .rip menus now display @QUITCHAR@ and
@Quit@ (the RIP button sends that key), as the QWK menus do.
