    Modified Files:
    src/sbbs3/getmsg.cpp scansubs.cpp
    Log Message:
New-scan pointer list: show "All" for a sub with nothing read

When a new-scan pointer was set by date and a sub had no messages before
that date, the pointer correctly landed before the sub's first message,
but the pointer list showed the first message's date. That date is later
than the one the user entered, so the setting looked like it had been
    ignored (#1266).

getmsgtime() now returns 0 when the pointer is before the first message,
and the pointer list shows the "All" text string for such a sub (all of
its messages are new). A group's "All" date prompt now defaults to the
latest pointer date among the subs that have actually been read, and a
date prompt with nothing read defaults to the current time, as the
    all-groups prompt already did.
