smblib tests: file names that differ only in case
Add smbfilenametest, run by "make test", for a file base holding names
that differ only in case: that a name lookup prefers an exact-case match,
that smb_findfile_other() skips only the file named by number, and that removing one file drops only its own index record, identified by the
index's number even when the header's copy no longer matches.
