    Be more n00b-friendly.

    When the currently edited message is completely empty, and you're
    in quote mode, show the quote help, and position the cursor on the
    quote cursor.

    Add a brief SPACE/ENTER help line to the top.

    Fix fseditor kludge-wrap state handling

    Basically, prevent creating 0-length lines that are marked as kludged.
    This should fix #200 and #1183 as well as supersede !731

    I honestly think this may actually be fixed!

    FSEditor: keep the trailing space of a "-- " signature delimiter line

    FSEditor trims trailing whitespace from each line when it saves, which
    turned the standard signature delimiter "-- " (RFC 3676) into "--". The delimiter is how a signature is recognized and stored as the message
    tail, so a message saved from FSEditor lost that separation. A line of
    exactly "-- " is now saved as is.
