To clarify, I asked about your *event* log (the messages logged by the event thread):
"If you look further back in the event log, do you see other errors?"

The "other errors" I was asking about would not be logged to your data/error.log file.

It's no matter, I'm pretty sure I understand that you got a QWK unpack error of some kind, the packet file was renamed, and then the removal of the file would (understandbly) fail because the file doesn't exist any longer (it was renamed).
