    KS, try it first. People often talk about giving kids benadryl to keep
    them docile for long flights, but in a fraction of kids it has the
    opposite effect. Ever fly on a 10 hour flight with a 3 year old hopped
    up on stims?

    People started a trend of "raw dogging" flights - spending 10 hours just staring at the seat back. I suppose it could be like meditation in a
    way, although my Chakras won't align for shit in an Economy++ middle
    seat.

    I'm a firm believer in eating at the terminal, getting on the plane,
    using noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs, setting your watch to the
    local time and trying to sleep as close to destination time as possible.
    Helps me quite a bit with the jetlag.
