should i drug myself with benadryl or xanax on a 10 hour flight?
Off to the UK? I love xanax on my flights. Generally 1 for a 5 hour
yes, lax to lhr
KS, try it first. People often talk about giving kids benadryl to keep
them docile for long flights, but in a fraction of kids it has the
opposite effect. Ever fly on a 10 hour flight with a 3 year old hopped
up on stims?
People started a trend of "raw dogging" flights - spending 10 hours just staring at the seat back. I suppose it could be like meditation in a
way, although my Chakras won't align for shit in an Economy++ middle
seat.
I'm a firm believer in eating at the terminal, getting on the plane,
using noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs, setting your watch to the
local time and trying to sleep as close to destination time as possible.
Helps me quite a bit with the jetlag.
